Baked Chocolate Cardamom Oats
This is a great recipe for any time of year, but especially for Fall and Winter. The melty and delicious chocolate chunks are a perfect addition to this after dinner treat.Â
1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 Large Ripe Banana
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup cacao chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat Ramicans with non-stick spray.
Add all ingredients to your mixer or bowl and combine.Â
Transfer mixture to prepared bread loaf pan.
Bake for 20 minutes checking every so often.Â
